cheeravada

Ingredients:

  1. Urad dal – 250 gms
  2. Toor dal – 25 gms
  3. Spinach – 1 bunch
  4. Green Chilly -7
  5. Coriander Leaves
  6. Raisins – 25 gms
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Preparation:

  1. Soak urad dal and toor dal in water for 1 hr.
  2. Grind it into a coarse paste with salt and green chilly.
  3. Add chopped coriander leaves, chopped spinach,salt ,fried raisins to it and mix well.
  4. Make round shapes with the mix and deep fry in oil  till brown. Serve with tomato ketch up
