Ingredients:

  1. Fish – 1/2 kg
  2. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  3. Chilly powder – 1 1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger-garlic paste – 1tbsp
  5. Shallots – 5
  6. Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt
  8. Oil

Preparation:

  1. Grind the ingredients(2-7) into a fine paste.
  2. Marinate the fish pieces with the mix and leave it  for 30 mins
  3. Deep fry in oil.

    fish fry looks so yummy. seeing that pics iam getting memories of my home.we wont get sardine here.it looks very nice and u will use pepper powder for frying?
