  1. Egg-2
  2. Potato-2
  3. 2.Chopped Onion-1/2 cup
  4. Tomato(cut into round pieces)-1/2 cup
  5. Turmeric powder-1/4tsp
  6. Kashmiri chilly Powder-1 tbsp
  7. Green chilly-2
  8. Mustard sees-1/4 tsp
  9. Grated coconut-1 cup
  10. Ginger(chopped)-1/2 tsp
  11. Garlic-4 flakes
  12. Cinnamon-1 piece
  13. Cloves-2
  14. Coriander powder-1 tsp
  15. water-1 cup
  16. Curry leaves
  17. Salt-as per taste
  18. pepper powder


How to Cook:
Boil potatoes and keep aside.
Fry grated coconut till golden brown.
Grind it to a fine paste along with ginger,garlic,cinnamon,cloves and corainder powder.Transfer into a pan and boil with potatoes.
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.once it is done add curry leaves and green chilly.
Add onion, tomato,turmeric powder and kashmiri chilly powder and fry for sometime.Add egg to it and scramble well..
once it is done add the potato mix and cook for another 2-3 mins..
Sprinkle pepper powder.Garnish with curry leaves.
serve with chappathis.
