Ingredients:
1.Tomato(cut into small pieces)-3 cups
2.Onion(Chopped)-1
3.Green Chilly-3
4.Ginger(grated)-1tsp
5.Grated Coconut -3/4 cup
6.Egg-3
7.Mustard-1/2 tsp
8.Curry Leaves-as required
9.salt-to taste
10.Oil-3tsp

Preparation
- Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds and then add curry leaves.
- Fry ingredients 2,3,4 nos well and add tomato Pieces and fry for another2-3 mins.
- Add grated coconut and egg and stir for sometime until it is scrambled well..
- Serve with rice.
