Ingredients

  1. kerala Banana (ripe) -  2
  2. Cheese -  2tbsp
  3. Sugar  – 2 tbsp
  4. Cardamom powder -  1 tsp
  5. Ghee  – 1 tbsp
  6. Almonds (fried in ghee)  -  2

Preparation

  1. Boil bananas and mash well using spoon.
  2. Heat a pan. add cheese, sugar and mashed banana and stir fry till mix turns brown.
  3. Add cardamom powder, 1 tbsp ghee to it and mix.stir on low flame for 5 minutes.
  4. Transfer the banana mix into a ghee greased plate.
  5. Garnish with fried almonds.
  6. Once it is cool cut into desired shapes
