Green Chilli Chicken Masala

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Chicken – 1 kg
  2. Green Chilly – 10 nos
  3. Ginger – 1/2 inch
  4. Garlic Cloves – 10
  5. Onion – 3
  6. Fennel seeds – 1/2 tsp
  7. Cashewnut – 15
  8. Lime – 1/2 piece
  9. Coriander Leaves – 1/4 cup

Preparation:

  1. Marinate chicken with turmeric powder and salt. Keep aside for 30mins.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai (pan) and fry onions till brown in colour.
  3. Make a paste of ingredients 2 to 4 and fry the paste for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add marinated chicken to the paste prepared in step 3 and cook till chicken is cooked well.
  5. Add fennel and cashewnut paste and cook for another 1-2 mins.
  6. Add limejuice and garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with your favorite bread, or rice
