Inji Thayir
Ingredients:
- Grated Ginger – 50 gms
- Thick Sour Curd – 1 cup
- Green chilly – 2
- Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup
Preparation:
- Grind together ginger,green chilly and grated coconut into a paste.
- Add curd to it and mix well.
- Inji Thayir is ready to serve with rice and pickle.
What a delicious Inji Thayir …very easy to make
