Papadam Ularthiyathu
In kerala ,no sadhya is complete without papadams.This is a unique dish which is quick to make and a must try recipe for papad lovers. it can be served as side dish with Rice or porridge.
Ingredients

Papad/Papadam(cut diagonally ) – 8

Dry red chilly – 10

Shallots – 6

Curry leaves

Oil
Preparation

Heat oil in a kadai. fry papads and keep aside.

Grind red chilly, shallots into a coarse paste.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Suate chilly paste and curry leaves for 2-3 minutes.

Add fried papad pieces to it.

Stir gently to get mixed.

Remove from fire.

Serve with rice or Kanji.
