Podimas
Ingredients:
- Onion(chopped)-3
- Potato-4
- Ginger
- Green chilly-2
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Urad daal-1/4 tsp
- Curry leaves
- Dry chilly-2
- Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
Preparation:

Boil Potatoes with turmeric powder,salt and keep aside.

Heat oil in a pan. splutter mustard seeds together with urad daal,curry leaves and dry chilly.

Once it is done add chopped onions , green chilly,chopped ginger and saute till brown .

Then Add boiled potatoes to it and mix well and cook till dry.

Serve with chappathi.
