unakka mulaku chammanthi

 

 

Ingredients

  1. Dry red chilly -  6
  2. Shallots -  4
  3. Ginger (chopped) – 1/4 tsp
  4. Garlic – 4
  5. Curry leaves
  6. Salt
  7. Coconut oil -  1 tbsp

Preparation

  1. Grind all ingredients into a paste.
  2. Add coconut oil to it and mix well.
  3. Serve with dosa or iddly.
