Creamy Mango Milkshake
A family recipe since April 2009
A silky, refreshing milkshake made with ripe mangoes, cold milk, and a touch of sugar — perfect for hot afternoons. Ready in minutes and delightful topped with a few mango cubes for texture.
Ingredients
- Ripe mango - 2 whole
- Milk - 2 cup
- Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Ice cubes - 5 whole
Instructions
- 1Peel the mangoes, slice the flesh away from the stones, and dice it into cubes; set aside a few cubes for garnish.
- 2Add the remaining mango cubes, 2 cups milk, 2 tbsp sugar and 5 ice cubes to a blender.
- 3Blend until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy, stopping to scrape down the sides if needed so everything blends evenly.
- 4Taste and adjust the sweetness if you like, then pour the milkshake into chilled glasses.
- 5Top each glass with the reserved mango cubes and serve chilled.
