- Tomato (cut into cubes) –2
- Onion (medium) -2
- Capsicum(seeded and cut into cubes) – 1
- Parsley (chopped) –1 tbsp
- Olive oil – 2 tbsp
- Lime juice – 2 tbsp
- Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
