Pasta-Green Salad
Ingredients:
- Pasta – 1 1/2 cup
- Beans – 1/2 cup
- Green peas- 1/4 cup
- Capsicum – 1
For dressing:
- Olive Oil – 4 tsp
- Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
- Mustard powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – 1 tsp
- Salt
Preparation:
- Boil pasta for 15 minutes.Drain and rinse with cold water.
- Boil green peas, beans ,capsicum for 5 minutes. If you want, you can add broccoli andĀ lettuce.
- In a bowl, combine boiled veggies and all the dressing ingredients and toss well.
Seems like a healthy salad…
