Pasta-Green Salad

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Pasta – 1 1/2 cup
  2. Beans – 1/2 cup
  3. Green peas- 1/4 cup
  4. Capsicum – 1

For dressing:

  1. Olive Oil – 4 tsp
  2. Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
  3. Mustard powder – 1 tsp
  4. Pepper powder – 1 tsp
  5. Salt

Preparation:

  1. Boil pasta for 15 minutes.Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. Boil green peas, beans ,capsicum for 5 minutes. If you want, you can add broccoli andĀ lettuce.
  3. In a bowl, combine boiled veggies and all the dressing ingredients and toss well.
