Aloo Roast Curry

Ingredients:
  1. Potato(cut into pieces)-1/2 kg
  2. Curd-4 tbsp
  3. Red Chilly Powder-3tsp
  4. Turmeric Powder-3/4 tsp
  5. Coriander Powder-3tsp
  6. Jeera Powder-1 tsp
  7. Pepper Powder-1/2tsp
  8. Garlic pods-7
  9. Ginger-1 small piece
  10. Tomato-2
  11. Green Chilly-3
  12. Oil
  13. Salt to taste
Preparation:
  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into cube pieces.
  2. Boil potatoes for 5 mins and keep aside.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and fry potatoes pieces till brown in color.
  4. Heat oil in another pan and add ginger- garlic paste.
  5. Add all the masala powders,green chilly and saute well.
  6. Add tomato pieces and curd and stir well till oil shows on top, and then add potato pieces into the masala.
  7. Add a cup of water and cook till dry.
  8. Garnish with Coriander Leaves.
