Simple Mushroom Curry
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 500 gms
- Shallots – 12 to 15 nos
- Dry Red Chilly- 6 nos
- Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
- Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
- Curry Leaves
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Preparation:

Grind red chilly and shallot into a fine paste.

Marinate with mushrooms and keep aside for 30 mins.

Heat oil in a Pan.Splutter mustard seeds, curry leaves.

Then Add chopped shallots and saute well.

Add mushrooms with turmeric powder,salt and cook till done.

Serve with chappathi.

Keep cleaned mushrooms in boiled water for a while with little turmeric powder in it, this helps to some extent .
