Chole Masala
Ingredients:
- Chick peas – 100gms
 - Onion – 2
 - Green Chilly – 2
 - Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
 - Turmeric Powder – 1 tsp
 - Kashmiri chilly powder – 1 tsp
 - Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
 - Chole masala powder – 1tsp
 - Tomato – 2
 - Kasoori Methi powder – 1/2 tsp
 - Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
 - Coriander leaves – few sprigs
 
Preparation:
- Soak chickpeas overnight
 - Pressure cook with little turmeric powderand keep aside
 - Heat oil in a kadai and fry onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilly till golden brown.
 - Add chilly,corainder,turmeric,chole masala powder.
 - Fry for 2-3 mins on lowflame.
 - Add chopped tomato and fry for anothe 2 mins.
 - Add boiled chick peas, salt and cook for 5 mins.
 - For added flavour, add kasoori methi powder and chaat masala.
 - Garnish with coriander leaves.
