Easy Chicken Curry

  1. Chicken-1/2 kg
  2. Onion-3
  3. Tomato-2
  4. Green chilly -4
  5. Shallots-5-6nos.
  6. Ginger-Garlic paste-2tsp
  7. Cinnamon-1/2 inch
  8. Cloves-2
  9. Bayleaves
  10. Fennel seeds-1/4 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
  12. Chilly powder-1 tbsp
  13. Corainder powder-1 tsp
  14. Corainder leaves
  15. Salt
  16. coconut oil
  1. Make a paste of green chilly and shallots.
  2. heat oil in a kadai.Add chopped onions and saute till light brown.then add ginger garlic paste,green chilly paste.
  3. Grind cloves,bayleaves,cinnamon,fennel seeds and add to it along with chopped tomato pieces.
  4. once it is done,add chicken pieces with all masala powders and mix well
  5. .Check for salt.Add 1/2 cup of water and cook till chicken is cooked well.
  6. Garnish with corainder leaves.
