Egg Curry

  1.  Egg-3
  2. Onion(chopped) – 2
  3. Tomato – 2
  4. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Green chilly – 2
  6. Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
  7. Chilly powder – 1tsp
  8. Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
  9. coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
  10. coconut milk-1/2 cup
  11. curry leaves
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. salt
  14. oil
  1. Boil eggs and cut into halves.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Fry onion,ginger-garlic paste,green chilly,curry leaves till brown in colour.
  4. Add all masala powders and saute well..Add tomato slices ,coconut milk, and salt.
  5. Once the gravy is thick, place the egg pieces into it.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  7. Serve with rice, chappathi or Appam.

    i think the amount of coconut milk should be lessened because it is not healthy for the body
