Egg Curry
Ingredients:
- Egg-3
- Onion(chopped) – 2
- Tomato – 2
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Green chilly – 2
- Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder – 1tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
- coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
- coconut milk-1/2 cup
- curry leaves
- Coriander leaves
- salt
- oil
Preparation:
- Boil eggs and cut into halves.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Fry onion,ginger-garlic paste,green chilly,curry leaves till brown in colour.
- Add all masala powders and saute well..Add tomato slices ,coconut milk, and salt.
- Once the gravy is thick, place the egg pieces into it.
- Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Serve with rice, chappathi or Appam.

i think the amount of coconut milk should be lessened because it is not healthy for the body
