1. Onion(chopped)-3
  2. Potato-4
  3. Ginger
  4. Green chilly-2
  5. Turmeric Powder-1/4 tsp
  6. Urad daal-1/4 tsp
  7. Curry leaves
  8. Dry chilly-2
  9. Mustard seeds-1/4 tsp
  1. Boil Potatoes with turmeric powder,salt and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. splutter mustard seeds together with urad daal,curry leaves and dry chilly.
  3. Once it is done add chopped onions , green chilly,chopped ginger and saute till brown .
  4. Then Add boiled potatoes to it and mix well and cook till dry.
  5. Serve with chappathi.
