Egg Bhurji
Ingredients:
- Egg – 4
- Onion(medium,chopped) – 2
- Spring onion – 2
- Green Chilly – 3
- Tomato(chopped) – 1
- Ginger – garlic paste – 1tsp
- Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
- Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
- Coriander leaves
- Coconut Oil – 2tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped onions, green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and masala powders.
- Once it is done, add beaten eggs, salt, chopped spring onion to it and scramble well.
- Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.
Wow looks yummy n delicious! I too make in a similar way but not with green onions. That is a nice option 🙂

I could figure out whether it was egg… one fren of my doesnt like egg, he says he doesnt like the way it looks shouls make it this way and try…
