Egg Bhurji


  1. Egg – 4
  2. Onion(medium,chopped) – 2
  3. Spring onion – 2
  4. Green Chilly – 3
  5. Tomato(chopped) – 1
  6. Ginger – garlic paste – 1tsp
  7. Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder – 1/2 tsp
  9. Coriander powder – 1/4 tsp
  10. Garam Masala powder – 1/2 tsp
  11. Coriander leaves
  12. Coconut Oil – 2tbsp


  1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute chopped onions, green chilly, ginger-garlic paste, chopped tomatoes and masala powders.
  2. Once it is done, add beaten eggs, salt, chopped spring onion to it and scramble well.
  3. Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.

    I could figure out whether it was egg… one fren of my doesnt like egg, he says he doesnt like the way it looks shouls make it this way and try…
