Egg Malai Masala
Ingredients:
- Egg-5
- Milk-1/2 cup
- Green Chilly-3
- Onion(chopped)-2
- Ginger ? 1 tbsp
- Garam Masala-1/4 tsp
- Ghee-2tbsp
- Salt
- Curry Leaves
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs and cut into halves.
- Blend onions,green chilly,chopped ginger into a fine paste.
- Heat ghee in a Pan and fry the paste till golden in color.
- Add boiled egg pieces and fry for few minutes.
- Add milk, salt and cook until bubbles form.
- Add chopped curry leaves and cook until the gravy thickens.
- Sprinkle little garam Masala to the gravy.
- Serve with chappathi
that’s a wonderful recipe…something like kurma….kids will love it!
