Mushroom Curry
Ingredients:
- Mushrooms – 500 gms
- Pearl onions – 12 to 15 nos
- Dry red chillies – 6 nos
- Your preferred cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Preparation:
- Make a fine paste of pearl onions and dry red chillies.
- Mix the paste well with mushrooms and keep it aside for half an hour.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add chopped small onions and fry till it gets brown in colour.
- Add mushrooms and cook well
