Mushroom Curry

















  1. Mushrooms – 500 gms
  2. Pearl onions – 12 to 15 nos
  3. Dry red chillies – 6 nos
  4. Your preferred cooking oil
  5. Salt to taste


  1. Make a fine paste of pearl onions and dry red chillies.
  2. Mix the paste well with mushrooms and keep it aside for half an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add chopped small onions and fry till it gets brown in colour.
  5. Add mushrooms and cook well
