No Bake Mango Cheesecake

As the name suggests, there is no baking process and it is easy to make this sweet dessert. This is rich and creamy and perfect recipe for  potluck and other occasions.hope mango lovers would definitely love this.



For Base

  1. Digestive Biscuits(graham crackers/Arrowroot ) – 15 nos
  2. Butter – 1/4 cup
  3. Sugar -1/4 cup

For cream cheese layer

  1. Philadelphia Cream cheese (8 oz) – 1 Pack
  2. Sugar- 3/4 cup
  3. Heavy Whipping Cream(236ml) – 1 pack
  4. Gelatin – 1 Tbsp
  5. Warm water – 1/4 cup
  6. Mango Pulp – 1 cup
  7. vanilla essence- 3/4 tsp

For Mango Glaze

  1. Mango Pulp –  1  cup
  2. Sugar – 1 tbsp
  3. Gelatin – 1/2 tbsp
  4. warm water –  1/2 cup


  1. In a food  processor or mixer,Crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.Add melted butter and sugar to it.Mix well.
  2. Take a 9 inch springform pan and transfer the mix. Press into the pan.Refrigerate for 20 minutes
  3. In the mean time, take  a bowl and add cream cheese and beat well till smooth.
  4. In a small bowl, add gelatin powder and warm water and mix.keep aside.
  5. In another  bowl, add whipping cream and beat till fluffy.Add the cream cheese to it.
  6. Add mango pulp, gelatins mix,vanilla essence and sugar to it.
  7. Pour the mix on top of biscuit mix.Keep covered and refrigerate for 4 hours.
  8. For making  mango glaze, take a small bowl and add gelatin and warm water.keep aside for 10 minutes.
  9. In another bowl, add mango pulp, sugar and mix well.Add gelatin mix to it.
  10. Pour the mango mix over the cake.
  11. Refrigerate overnight.
  12. Yummy dessert is ready to serve.
