Carrot Soup
Ingredients:
- Carrot(medium,grated) – 3
- Tomato(ripe) – 2
- Shallots – 5
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Water – 2 cups
- Salt
- Coriander leaves
- Pepper powder
Preparation:
- In a blender, add carrot and tomato pieces to make a puree.
- In a pan, add the puree with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
- Once it is done, turn off the heat.
- Heat oil in pan and add chopped shallots and fry till brown and pour it to the soup.
- Add salt and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle pepper powder according to your taste at the time of serving.
