Carrot Soup

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

  1. Carrot(medium,grated) – 3
  2. Tomato(ripe) – 2
  3. Shallots – 5
  4. Oil – 1 tbsp
  5. Water – 2 cups
  6. Salt
  7. Coriander leaves
  8. Pepper powder

Preparation:

  1. In a blender, add carrot and tomato pieces to make a puree.
  2. In a pan, add the puree with 2 cups of water and bring it to boil.
  3. Once it is done, turn off the heat.
  4. Heat oil in pan and add chopped shallots and fry till brown and pour it to the soup.
  5. Add salt and chopped coriander leaves. Sprinkle pepper powder according to your taste at the time of serving.
