Inji Thayir


  1. Grated Ginger – 50 gms
  2. Thick Sour Curd – 1 cup
  3. Green chilly – 2
  4. Grated Coconut – 1/2 cup


  1. Grind together ginger,green chilly and grated coconut into a paste.
  2. Add curd to it and mix well.
  3. Inji Thayir is ready to serve with rice and pickle.
