Pav Bhaji

  1. Onion(chopped)- 1
  2. Ginger-Garlic paste – 1tbsp
  3. Tomato(chopped) – 2
  4. Kashmiri Chilly powder – 1 tsp
  5. Pav Bhaji masala – 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
  7. Vegetables like potato,green peas,cauliflower ,red& green capsicum -1 cup
  8. Butter
  9. Coriander leaves – To garnish
  1. First Boil all the veggies and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry ginger garlic paste,chopped onions till light brown.
  3. Then add tomatoes ,turmeric powder,pav bhaji masala,chilly powder and fry for 2-3 mins.
  4. Add boiled vegetables ,salt and stir for 2-3 mins.
  5. Add Butter and Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve hot with pav bread.
