- Chicken Drumsticks – 1/2 kg
- Tandoori chicken masala – 2 tsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Curd – 4 tsp
- Kashmiri chilly powder – 1tsp
- Lime juice – 2tsp
- Pudina leaves – 1 tbsp
- Food color (optional) 1 pinch
- Coconut Oil
- Make fine slits on chicken drumsticks.
- Make a paste with the ingredients numbered 2 to 9 and marinate the chicken with the masala paste. Keep aside for at least 6 hrs.
- Heat oil in a frying pan. Fry till both sides are deep brown in color.
